Nite Lite Bylaws

On May 22, 2007, the Nite Lite Board of Directors and officers, in an interest to meet the changing needs of our organization, requested changes to the existing Bylaws. These changes are to outline a strengthened presence from the Board of Directors, and to grant voting rights to officers.

The changes have been made to the Bylaws, as granted by the existing Board's approval. These new Bylaws will be submitted for final approval at our General Membership meeting on June 26, 2007.

In the interest of notice to the General Membership of Nite Lite Theatre, please download the revised Bylaws and review the changes before the General Membership Meeting.
