This wonderful farce illustrates the best of intentions in the worst of circumstances.  When guests arrive for a dinner party, they discover that the host has passed out, and the hostess is nowhere to be found.  Based completely on conjecture, they each concoct ways of distracting the other guests, hoping to discover exactly what happened in the process.  This comedy goes to prove that, even when the chips are down, a crisis can be downright funny.
