Seating Arrangments. Nite Lite Theatre adheres to the seating conventions provided by the theatres where we perform. Unless advertised as General Admission, seats for all performances are reserved for valid ticketholders according to the auditorium's seating chart
Reservation Basics. To make reservations, call the Nite Lite Office at
731-855-2129, and leave a message stating the requested performance dates, times, requested seat quantity, and a method of contacting you for verification. Reservations should be made as early as possible, due to the limited number of seats per performance. Reservations will not be accepted less than 24 hours prior to any performance.
Seating Order. Seating is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on the number of requested reservations, the order in which the request is made, and verification by a return call. All reservations are confirmed via return call before they are completed.
Claiming Your Reservations. Unpaid reservations are made on a good-faith agreement that all reserved seats will be claimed for the requested performance times and dates. Any unpaid reservations that have not been claimed as of the advertised curtain time are subject to be sold at the door, with the sole exception of payment having been completed prior to the performance.
Late Arrivals. Each show has a preliminary announcement or introduction. Late arrivals will be permitted to take their seats during these announcements. Arrivals in the theatre once the announcements have been completed are asked to please use the unoccupied rearmost seats, in order not to disturb the performance. Your reserved seats may be taken during intermission.
Seating Priority. Priority of seating is handled in the following order: Luminaries, Patrons, Sponsors, Reservations. Because the Children's productions are not part of the Performance Season, seating priority for those shows are as follows: Performance & Season Patrons, and Reservations. For more information about sponsoring the Performance Season, and to ensure reservations in advance, please click here.
Availability of Tickets. Seats will quickly diminish as the performance date draws near. As those conditions change, we will continue to make reservations until all tickets are accounted for. In the last 24 hours prior to performance (48 hours on weekends), there are no guarantees that reservations placed will secure seats, so it is very important that we have a means of contacting you in case we cannot fulfill your request.
Waiting Lists. In the event of a "sold out" performance, a waiting list will be kept, and unclaimed seats will be sold in the order of their appearance on the list. There are absolutely no guarantees that reserved seats will go unclaimed, and there will be no return calls on the day of sale. Any names that appear on the waiting list are subject to luck of the draw.
Accessibility. All venues have seating available to our patrons with accessibility needs. Please let us know if you require these services when you make your reservations.
